Beta 2 testing

Just a point of note as I cannot reproduce this now.

First installation of 4.5 beta2 I got the blue bar at the bottom with the
message: Cannot connect to cloud server, working with local copy.

Then I opened a local file then went back to File, Open Cloud Storage and
got a red bar down the bottom with much the same message.

Closed and opened subsurface and got the same issues, closed and opened
again and it has been able to open the remote cloud storage ok ever since?

 

Also another point of note is that it doesn't seem that the line endings get
stripped on save but on re-open.

e.g.

If I am connected to cloud storage and save to local file then that file is
open (according to the message in the title bar) and the line breaks are
still there.

If I then immediately save that just created local file back to cloud
storage then the line breaks are also still there.

 

However if I close subsurface and re-open that same local file I just saved
then the line endings on the dive location notes are no longer there.
