Subsurface Beta 2 - No translation files

So this appears to be true for all the packages.
I spent just a brief moment on this and it seems to me that the variable
TRANSLATIONS isn't being populated. It's supposed to get populated by
translations/CMakeLists.txt which I have messed with in order to be able
to extract the latest strings so I'm guessing I inadvertantly broke things
in the process.

Tomaz, if you have a minute, can you take a look what I did wrong?
