Subsurface-mobile releases

In latest version 1289, using iPad Air 2.

The blue title bar starts with <dive list showing. In portrait mode, going to a dive profile, it changes to show < dive list and "dive name" but in landscape it just shows  < "dive name". Touch the space between the < and the name and you back to the dive list.

GPs button works well and you return to subsurface as expected although it doesn't close down maps on finishing.

If you are on the dive list and touch the far left of the blue bar, the program minimises but doesn't shut down. Maximise it again and it cycles through a couple of pages (very quickly though) before settling on the dive list.

I've found that when you maximise subsurface after using a different program it shows a different font for a few seconds - or scaling is distorted?

The cylinder pressure line on one dive sometimes starts off solid red and then after scrolling through some dives and returning  changes to shades of green.
