Segfault and what's cylinder "use" used for in the planner?

the attached image shows the column in the planner that needs to be a
combobox filled with the strings for "enum cylinderuse".
Rick can confirm if it still needs to be editable with a user value.
to my understanding the combobox should be static / non-editable.

ATM, if you add a negative or a too big of an integer in there it can
cause a SIGSEGV.
