Mac packaging seems to have a problem

Hi,

I had a few minutes, so I opened trac to see if there was anything immediate to work on (or at least to close some obsolete tickets).

To check if the reported bug is in the latest binary, I downloaded the Mac version from the dailies and was surprised by it crashing upon opening ist. It seems to be a library problem (double clicking gives a slightly longer crash report but running it from the command line seems to give the essential error message:

Subsurface-4.5.2-1436-g41e5f23002ff helling$ Subsurface.app/Conte
nts/MacOS/Subsurface
dyld: Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Frameworks/libssh2.1.dylib
  Referenced from: /Volumes/Subsurface-4.5.2-1436-g41e5f23002ff/Subsurface.app/Contents/MacOS/Subsurface
Reason: Incompatible library version: Subsurface requires version 2.0.0 or later, but libssh2.1.dylib provides version 1.0.0
Trace/BPT trap: 5

This does not happen with the Subsurface.app that I can build from current master.

Best
Robert
