4.6 - what's still missing

In a hopefully not entirely vain hope that maybe, just maybe I might have a little 
more spare time the last two weeks of the year... what needs to get fixed before 
4.6 can be released?

Or should I just cut a release, warts and all, and hope that 4.6.1 can fix what's
broken? That doesn't seem like a good plan, but it seems none of the usually 
active developers have much time to devote...
