When I try to create a pull request on the github webpage, I cannot do it relative to Subsurface-divelog/subsurface as Github is not aware of it being related to torvalds/subsurface. How do I tell Github about that connection?

the Subsurface-divelog org, or it might be possible to "connect" them
some other way.
