As is mentioned in a few places, import from dive computer is NOT supported in this version.
The manual is slightly out of sync with the latest version (and I'm in the process of actually changing the look and flow of that start page quite a bit to make this more obvious).
Subsurface-mobile really is only useful if used in combination with the Subsurface desktop application - which is where you can download from your dive computer

The issue is that you didn't actually enter valid cloud credentials - which makes me think that you may not have used our desktop software before?
Subsurface-mobile at this point really isn't useful as stand-alone application.

That is indeed a bug we need to track down. I thought I had all cases covered, but it's possible that you found a place where the back button doesn't work as expected.
