Printing changes

Lubomim, Gehad,

I'm doing a bunch of patches on the printing system, mostly reworking some
stuff to reduce the number of lines of code, reworking how some objects are
send to the printing engine and adding some qobject instrospection,

from what I could see, I broke the cylinders and weights currently, but
nothing major - I'm searching a way to solve this in a good way without
getting back the old code.

if you two guys could take a look at my patches and make sure they are
sane, that would be awesome.
