[PATCH] Improve detection of CCR dives on yearly stats

I think we should clean up this sort of data issues on data load,
instead of working around them later in different parts of the code.

That way we scrub the data clean, and have less "surprises" and weird
logic in different places.

check_setpoint_events looks to contain some cleanup of sorts, but more
can probably be found in other places.
