[QUESTION] GSoC 2016 participation

Dear Subsurface contributors

I came across Subsurface about 3 months ago and I would like to contribute
to this project as currently I work with Qt. Also, I want to participate in
GSoC 2016 and would like to know: is Subsurface going to take part in GSoC
this year? If yes, when the project ideas will be listed?
