The value comes from libdivecomputer. There is something strange going
on here. When I check test data from the idive series, the surface
pressure appears correct. But for the ix3m series, it's indeed wrong.
But according to the documentation both use exactly the same units
(millibar). So that's weird. Could be a firmware bug, or just a mistake
in the docs.

@Steve: I would like to compare the raw data with the value shown by the
DiveSystem application. Can you download the raw dive data?
Unfortunately you can't do this with subsurface, and you'll need the
dctool command-line tool. You can download it here:

http://libdivecomputer.org/builds/stable/

You'll need to run it with these options:

dctool -v -l dctool.log -f idive -m 0x22 download -f raw -o dive.%n.bin
<serialport>

where you replace <serialport> with the correct serial port. When done,
email me all the dive.*.bin file, along with the dctool.log file.

Next, download your dives with the DiveSystem application, and list the
reported surface pressure for each dive.
