Subsurface ignores system setting for unit of measurement.

When creating a new subsurface account on my mobile it defaults to imperial units even though the iOS device is configured to use Swedish regional settings for formats and unit of measurement. See attached screenshot.

1. Settings -> General -> language and region -> region format -> Sweden
2. Install app
3. Create a new account
4. Create a log

All units will be measured in ft, lbs, F and psi instead of m, kg, C and bar
