two kirigami issues

Hi Marco,

The latest Kirigami causes two problems for Subsurface-mobile

1) in portrait mode the top entry of the dive list is half-hidden by the application header; we used to have a big enough margin there but that disappeared. This is easy to reproduce. Start Subsurface-mobile, go into no-cloud mode (which will give you an empty dive list) and add a single dive. You should see the problem.



2) tapping on the Dive list in the header no longer scrolls the dive list back up to the top (you'll need a longer dive list to reproduce that, of course). The navigation between pages by tapping on their title still works, it's just the scroll back up to the top of a scrollable item that no longer works.
