When I said "QML experts" here I actually didn't point at you or Marco but
at the Qt/QML maintainers (whose response to the reproducible crash in
Qt 5.6 has been a wee bit disappointing). Just so you don't feel like you were
being attacked here...

The problem here, specifically, is that under some circumstances when you
scroll down the divelist suddenly some of the elements will be just blank white
and if you scroll around enough you can get the whole screen to be white.
But then slowly scrolling back a bit repopulates things.

It's kinda hard to describe.
