Understandable. Pinching does work with one hand, though. I just tried it out 
in the Photos app, it takes a little getting used to at first, but then it 
works. It doesn't work well for zooming in at a precise point, but that 
wouldn't be needed for this.
It definitely works better with one hand than tapping at the top of the screen.

That said, I won't stand between you and a back button at the bottom of the 
screen ;)
