User manual: fb interface

I am updating the part of the user manual dealing with Facebook access. 
There are two screens. First screen provides for logging into fb. This 
gives rise to a screen for disconnecting the fb session. This second 
screen is supposed to have a button that one can hit in order to log out 
of fb, but it is not there. Is this a bug? I know there was some 
discussion about this in the past but I cannot find this discussion. I 
do not think it was bug #1101.
