No, from Taiwan I guess.

In all of their ads everything is focused on their divelog app with
social network features. Divers that spend all of their time playing
with the logbook.
Their dive computer seems "just" a tool to get you into their garden :)
I won one of these device participating in a video contest hence I'm
trying to give a meaning to it.
