Take cloud storage online

[Hartley Horwitz]

Looking at the file menu, the "Take Cloud Storage Online" was deemed a bit
obscure.  I don't recall too many suggestions for renaming it.  How about
"Reconnect to Cloud Storage"?

I'm using subsurface-4.5.95-83-g2aeb2b8d8b04
