problem with cloud

Hello,

 

I would like to use the SBS cloud storage. I set up the program settings by
manual, but the cloud doesn't work properly. I always got the message (pic
attached) while saving. 

Web access to the cloud works perfectly, but it is empty, beacuse I'm not
able to save my dives.

My OS is Win XP.
