[PATCH v2] Add a simple cp2130 libusb driver

Ho ho. I did a big time blunder here.

I read the wrong datasheet =)

CP2130 is a usb to spi chip, not the cp210x series usb to uart chips i
was planning to write a driver for.

So, anyhow. It was a fun exercise, but its all crap. Throw it away.
