Can't download .exe

Hi,

First things first : great job with Subsurface.

I'm trying to get the latest version, the DL fail at the end on firefox and
said no connection on Chrome. Downloaded a tgz randomly from
http://subsurface-divelog.org/downloads/ and works OK...

Is it just on my side ?
