RATIO iX3M DEEP computers compatibility and connection/configuration problem

Dear Robert,

Please find screens/files attached.
Self-explanatory.
I can try one more on different Mac (air) with different OS (10.11) but I feel crash would be inevitable ;)
Was tried this Subsurface-4.6.4-709-gd77de11a1d2e.dmg
From depository what you mentioned below.

May I conclude that its not a particular setup/computer problem but rather latest software release?

Please guide me further.
