[PATCH] Use QLocale to identify unit system

Hi,

Unit system can be a bit trickier than the current implementation.

I for instance use US English as main language, but region set to Brazil,
meaning I use metric system. The current implementation gives me Imperial.

I checked the change on iOS Simulator with different regions, as well as
iPhone with Brazil region.
