I assume that you store your logbook in he cloud (or in a local git
repo). Correct? When you store your data in an XML/SSRF file, you should
not have encountered this.
The incorrect data is created with 4.7.5, so that might limit your
search for the problematic entry.
The only thing (besides manually fixing the cloudstorage data using a
git commit), is upgrading to the the current master: see
https://github.com/Subsurface-divelog/subsurface/releases
