I second that.  We should also state in the documentation, and maybe
comment in the code, that we reset the crushing pressure between repetitive
dives, which is a conservative assumption but some other implementations do
not do this.

It would be nice to be consistent with other software, but reducing the
decompression time for a repetitive dive just seems dangerous.
