translations... languages that aren't maintained?

Looking through the data it seems like some of our languages have lost
their translators (or more correctly, the main / only translators for a
number of the languages have stopped contributing).

Right now it looks like Italian, Polish, Czech, Estonian, and Danish have
not received updates in a while. Some of these languages aren't heavily
used amongst Subsurface users, but Italian and Polish each have triple
digit user numbers.

For those who care, our top languages, in order, are

English
German
French
Italian
Spanish
Dutch
Polish
Russian

Our 4th and 7th most popular languages...

As usual, sharing my Facebook post helps us reach more people (FB keeps
asking me to pay $$ to boost my post... but organic sharing works much
better)
