User manual update (part 2 of 3)

Update sections on:
1) --user= command-line option (several divers using one desktop computer)
2) AV1 and DL7 imports

IMPORTANT:
IMPORTANT:  The only outstanding issue that I am aware of is SmartTrack 
imports. This will be addressed in the last of these three updates.

Does anyone know of any other issue that needs attention?
