[PATCH] User manual updates (part 3 of 3)

     User manual update [part 3 of 3]

     Update:
     1) Text dealing with SmartTrak import. Move text, some corrections,
        add image.
     2) Text dealing with command-line arguments.

     A few other small changes.

*IMPORTANT:*

*A)**SmartTrak:*

The SmartTrak text is moved a little bit higher up in the document, just 
after the section on Mares Dive Organiser import.

The command-line example as originally pulled read "smtk2ssrfc" and I 
believe the "c" is erroneous. The original text also did not include the 
figure, which I do include here in .jpg format. I did a few stylistic 
changes.

*B) **Command-line parameters:*

Miika, I used your patch submission to add this text.

*C)**NB:* If anything else could be done with the user manual for 
release 4.6, please let me know.
