Beta for Android

I guess I didn't realize that this needed a new release. I'll add that to my near infinite todo list. Somewhere close-ish to the top.

It should be fully documented. If there is anything that doesn't work, please report it here so we can fix it. The goal is that anyone reasonably skilled should be able to run the scripts and get working binaries. As long as they are on Linux or Mac (or Mac only for iOS). If that isn't the case, then let's work on getting there. Seriously.
