TODOs in diveplannerpointsmodel.cpp

Hi,

turns out I told people to do impossible things, like holding control when deleting points in the planner table. This feature was was commented out in commit f432b764 while the commit message (from last May) contains a promise by Tomaz to fix a number of TODOs that were apparently later forgotten…

Maybe it’s time again to work on these?

And yes, there is no control key on mobile. But there is also no planner on mobile. And we could do alternative things like right click…
