Mac Qt 5.9.1 binaries

Two things:

a) given the changes to my build process there were still references to objects from 
my build tree in the release binaries
b) somehow a hack that we appeared to have needed in the past was no longer
necessary - Grantlee now looks in the correct directory for its plugins

After fixing both of those, it worked
