Please don't!

I for one don't bother to even change the time zone of my Laptop
when I take it on a vacation.

When I download dives from my DC to that Laptop, I would sure not
want to have the time of the dives modified.

And even worse would be if the wrong time of my Laptop was
automatically pushed to the DC.

I understand that Computer -> DC time synchronization may be
considered a feature to some - but it really should be a
non-default, opt-in selection.
