progress on the QML UI

Funny, you are running in to a couple that I see as well.

1) my guess is that this is one I also found. gridwidth vs gridWidth
2) I thought I had a fix for that, but it's still not working. Curious what you come up with
3&4 both are not things I am looking into.

Happy to hear about OSTC over BLE. Is this with current master, or are we still missing patches there?

No "big" QML UI stuff on my list, but I am in bug-hunting mode.

So far:
1) trivial typo resulting in error in logcat, but does not seem to hurt
much. So no hurry for (trivial) PR.

2) It just irritates me that the nice new icons do not show on
mobile-on-desktop. Also, not hurting, so looking for a fix (presumably
build related).

3) Something sightly more relevant (on mobile-on-desktop). When
switching on location service, the switch just disappears ... ok, this
behavior in not on true mobile, but still not correct.

4) And probably the biggest ... as I have a big (900+ dives in cloud)
logbook, the startup of mobile is too slow for my liking. Almost 20
seconds on my not so advanced phone (for a fresh start), from start to
show of the divelist. So my first step is understanding where time is
used during start. Not sure yet if this is solvable in a reasonable non
code-intrusive way.

And off topic: did I already explicitly say that OSTC over BLE is
working (almost) perfectly? Not even extremely shower than baserate BT.
Pairing for BLE is still a pain, but not Subsurface related.
