[PATCH 1/2] QML UI: use Material default switches

Looking forward to se the latest apk from Dirk.
In the meantime some feedback:

On my phone I still get the "settings" panel slightly off screen. Only the
first time I choose settings from the menu. Very odd.

There's some problems with panels. Is it normal that if I slide to the
right I go back to previous choices in my navigation or even blank panels?

Using the app I'm realizing that probably is better to move "run locator
service" from settings to GPS menu.
