We do have support for "consuming" two different cylinders
simultaneously, but thats only for CCR diluent and o2.
Willem wrote that for the MkVI import, and I think thats currently the
only way to use that functionality.
One idea would be to generalize that into saying that we consume
multiple cylinders simultaneously.
