The Perdix AI is currently not supported, nor are the latest version of the Perdix. Both only support Bluetooth LE which Subsurface currently isn't able to connect to.

This is covered in our FAQ: https://subsurface-divelog.org/faq/ <https://subsurface-divelog.org/faq/>

I tried to use the Bluetooth connect in the download screen and it says there is insufficient privilege. When using COM4 with the AI version it locks up the program. I have to use the end task from task manager to force it down.
