Android APK with non-functional DC Download

While this doesn't work yet (as discussed), I finally managed to get an
APK built again so you can at least look at the changes that are
happening.

(and yes, the font size for the table header has some room for
improvement... Tomaz is working on that)

As far as I know what we still need is

a) visual cleanup
b) hooking up BT
c) hooking up FTDI
d) working BLE 
e) selection of connected DC
f) actually saving the dives to the dive list :-)

I know the list looks long, but this is really cool progress - the QML
work is what had stalled us so long...
