Hi guys

Where are user preferences stored on windows?
Are they stored into windows registry?

I deleted everything under:

C:\Users\davide\AppData\Local\Subsurface\Subsurface\cache
C:\Users\davide\AppData\Roaming\Subsurface\Subsurface

But all my choices are retained after a restart.
I need to get rid of proxy settings. Once set I'm not able to disable
it anymore.
