Assuming that people really would use scuba cylinder and not just 
cylinder. Which I don't think they do. Bills stats from the relevant 
literature (and hence context) is a more compelling argument for the 
tank.

Personally I concur with Martin, just pick one, and use it everywhere 
and be in that sense consistent within Subsurface.
