Qt 5.9.2

I just noticed (must have missed the announcement yesterday) that Qt 5.9.2 and Qt Creator 4.4.1 have been released.

That's great since with that all the changes we need for BLE in Linux should be available without recompiling from source!

Of course this also means that I need to update my Android and iOS build environments which will cost me some time that I had hoped to spend on inching towards Subsurface-mobile 2.0 and Subsurface 4.7
