BlueTooth issue on Subsurface Mobile

Well, not sure if "waiting" is going to help unless we figure out what it actually is that causes us not to get access to the BT device on those phones.
Which phone are you using? Are you using the official vendor version of Android or a third party ROM? We shouldn't get this error unless BT is turned off - and until we understand why we do, there's not much we can change.
