Changes in planner cylinder handling - looking for testers

Hi All,

looking for people having some experience (and examples) with planning
medium advanced tech dives (back gas + multiple stages) with the
Subsurface planner.

I did a few enhancements for the cylinder handling and we now need to
know if this breaks anything:
