Defining new dive site using the map

Just updated to subsurface 4.6.4-1003 on opensuse tumbleweed.

Grabbing and dragging the dive site marker when editing divesite (either 
existing, or new "just-created" dive) also works in this version. Also no 
problems when I move the mouse really fast.
In my opinion, the desaturated, i.e. greyed out divesite markers make it a bit 
easier to grab the right one... nice! And thanks!
