Bluetooth connection to OSTC2 Rev 2017 fails on Ubuntu 17.04

Hi

I just installed the updated testing version of Subsurface from the
PPA repository (4.6.4-1003). For some reason it can't connect to my
OSTC2 (rev 2017) via Bluetooth. I'm running Ubuntu 17.04. I'm fairly
sure this wasn't an issue in the past.

The device in question in the list below is "00:80:25:CC:9B:EE" "OSTC+ 15909".
Connections to OSTC Sport #13246 and OSTC Sport #12887 are successful.
