I'm happy to take patches as well. Unfortunately this one didn't apply
cleanly and I had to do a bit of hand editing to make it work - which
always has me worried that I might mess things up.

Can you update to the latest master (I just pushed this out) and make sure
that what I have there is what you wanted? And if not, send another patch,
please?

Thanks for your dedication to our user manual. This makes a huge
