A little word of warning about Qt 5.9.2

Ok, after the first, very time consuming hurdle, resulting in
QTBUG-64017, I now have a patched Qt 5.9.2 stack on both desktop and
Android build, on which I can compile and run Subsurface-mobile.
A little word of warning. After 5 minutes of testing I already have a
(short) list of issues to investigate:
1) The logfile is littered with messages "Timers cannot be started from
another thread". Not sure this is something serious, as I do not see any
application glitches from this (yet).
2) Visually annoying is a small edge of a next or previous screen on the
current screen. So you might see a 1mm strip of the dive list, while
viewing the details of a dive. This something I have seen before, but
was luckily gone "by itself", but now back.
3) And the most worrying, and a hard show stopper, is a very strange
"scrolling effect". Open the app. The top-most dive is selected. Now,
scroll down in the dive list, and select a dive a little further down.
Instead of being presented that new selected dive, the app starts
scrolling over all the dives in between, towards the new selected dive.
So, when you select a dive, 100 dives down, you will have to wait for it
to scroll there.
So, while we had good hopes for Qt 5.9.2. especially in the Bluetooth
and BLE department ... do not go there (yet).
