[PATCH] Flagged Cochran DCs for FTDI communications

I merged this into our libdivecomputer branch, and also updated to
Jef's latest that should fix a couple of details for other dive
computers.

Dirk - it looks like you may be doing this list in subsurface itself
now, so these FTDI markings may be pointless. If that's the case for
all the other ones too, I'd love to just get rid of them and match up
the libdivecomputer src/descriptor.c with Jef's upstream entirely, but
I'll let you comment on that.
