Build under Ubuntu 16.04 with Qt 5.5.1 successful!?

this would require a small patch for subsurface.
i think we can avoid the extra "bool" flag, but i need to add some
math for that in MapWidgetHelper::calculateSmallCircleRadius().

in the meantime i can send the patch to the googlemaps plugin upstream.
