who has BLE dive computers - which one, which OSs can you test

So there's clearly something wrong with BT in that phone. I've never seen the 
GATT CONN TIMEOUT that you show in that first picture. And when Qt tries to
initialize the BT stack, it gets an error back (and therefore we assume that BT
isn't enabled).

Do things like Bluetooth headsets work with the phone? Or other BT devices?

I'm not really sure what to try next...
